Terms and Conditions for Use of NaveHumor Services
NaveHumor
is a free joke propagation service governed by the following terms and conditions:
Members.
A member is defined as any individual who has submitted his or her data during the joining process.
Members of NaveHumor represent that they have suficient age according to the norms of their country to be allowed to use the service. NaveHumor is not responsible for the illegal use of this service in any country or region where this type of activity is further restricted by the laws of said country. Only one account is permitted per living human being, and members are FORBIDDEN TO GENERATE accounts representing ANY OTHER PERSON, even if they have his or her express consent. Any person in any country may use this service, as long as it is legal in their region of residence. NaveHumor is absolved of any legal responsibility in the case that any member is in noncompliance with the local regulations or laws in his country of region of residence regarding the use of our service.
Membership in NaveHumor is completely free of charge.
NaveHumor and
its members are completely independent entities. No member may act as an agent
or representative of NaveHumor, or claim or imply any franchise, affiliation, or employee relationship between himself and NaveHumor. Noncompliance with this term will result in
automatic expulsion from the service and all pending earnings and referrals will be forfeit.
Communication.
NaveHumor communicates with its members via email or through its web pages.
Any information sent to a member's email address will be considered known
and understood by the members.
The user who is enrolled in the club authorizes NaveHumor to send him or her joke messages in keeping with his preferences. In no case can a user who has freely joined NaveHumor
accuse NaveHumor of sending SPAM, or that the material sent is without his consent.
Cancellation.
Any member may cancel his/her membership in NaveHumor whenever he or she
wishes. Cancellation of the account entails forfeiture of all pending credits,
referrals, and pending ad impressions, if any. If a member wishes to rejoin, he is welcome to do so, but
he will not recuperate anything gained from a previously cancelled account.
Promotion and Advertising.
NaveHumor members may promote NaveHumor by using the banners and links created by
NaveHumor. No one may use the NaveHumor logo in any material not produced with the
express consent of NaveNetworks SL. Members of NaveHumor may not use false or
defamatory advertising about NaveHumor. Noncompliance with this term will result
in the automatic cancellation of the offending member's account, and potentially
legal action.
SPAM.
NaveHumor is committed to the annihilation of unsolicited email,
(spam), and requires its members to adhere to this policy. The promotion of
NaveHumor on the part of its members through unsolicited email or any other act qualifying as SPAM will result in the immediate cancellation of said account, with all earnings forfeit.
NaveHumor reserves the right to publish the usernames (not the real names) of users found guilty of Spam, as a deterrent to further SPAMMING activities.

Limited Liability.
NaveHumor will not be held responsible for any damages stemming from its service nor caused by any error or interruption of its service. If an error affects the account of any individual, said individual may not claim any type of loss without proof.
NaveHumor is not responsible for claims made by any business who advertises on its system, nor for any damages that these claims may cause to its users.
NaveHumor does not guarantee that its service can be offered indefinitely, nor does it guarantee the quality of the service, although we will make every effort to provide the quality of service that everyone wants.
NaveHumor.com reserves the right to cancel any service offered without notice.
NaveHumor is not responsible for any damage or loss that the cancelation of its service might cause.
Benefits.
NaveHumor does not deal in cash, but provides points or credits that members may earn by helping to promote the site or by contributing to its content. Members may earn credits in the following ways:
- 3 credits each time a member rates a joke
- 3 credits each time a member emails a joke to a friend through our system
- 2 credits each time a member displays our ad banner on their web site (coming soon)
- 1 credit each time a member displays our dynajokepanel on their web site (coming soon)
- 50 credits for each joke submission that is accepted.
- 50 additional credits for jokes that receive very high ratings averages.
- 70 credits for translating a joke and having the translation accepted.
- 150 credits for each new member referred
- 25 credits for each verified spam report.
When a member has accumulated a sufficient number of credits, he or she may submit an email or web ad to NaveHumor. Navehumor will insert user ads into its ad rotation and debit the user's credits each time his or her ad is shown.
Changes.
NaveHumor may change these Terms and Conditions, the rates of exchange at any time. Changes will be communicated to the membership
via email and by publishing them on NaveHumor's website, and will be in effect
once they are published.
Privacy.
NaveHumor will never give or sell any third party any data regarding our members, unless
it is subpoenaed by a court.
NaveHumor will only publish the real name of any user with his or her express consent, on the occasions that we need names to lend credibility to a promotion, drawing, or gift that NaveHumor may award him. In no occasion will the real name of any member be published without his/her express consent and approval.
NaveHumor reserves the right to publish the username
(nick) that a user chose at the time of joining, in the case that said user has been involved with fraudulent or imputable activities. This measure will be taken in order to be consistent with our anti-spam and anti fraud policies. We will never link the real name of any user with his or her nickname, as stated in our privacy policy.
Personal Use.
Only one account is permitted per person. An individual may not create multiple accounts acting as a representative of any other person, with or without that other person's consent. NaveHumor has systems for detection of fraudulent use of accounts, and any time an irregularity is detected, the implicated account will be investigated and cancelled if fraud is discovered.
Fraude.
If a user is making efforts with intent to defraud NaveHumor, this user will be expelled, and under
certain circumstances, legal action will be taken agains him/her. Clear examples of fraud are, but not limited to: opening and using more than one account, providing false data, making false claims, or spamming. NaveHumor reserves the right to publish the user names of any and all users
who have been expelled for fraud.
Cancellation.
NaveHumor reserves the right to cancel any user account that it considers necessary. Some cases of cancellation are: fraudulent use, promotion via SPAM, inactivity during three months, or undeliverable email.
Cancellation for fraud: Fraudulent use is understood to be opening or managing multiple accounts, representing another person, use for purposes other than intended. The concept of fraudulent use is not limited to these three points.
Cancellation for inactivity: A user will be considered inactive in NaveHumor if 3 months have passed without any sign of activity. The user will be notified of this pending event at the email that he/she used in the signup process. If we do not receive a response in 7 days after this notice is sent, the account will be cancelled with no possibility of remuneration.
Cancellation for bounced email: In the case of repeated bounces of emails, the account of this user will be automatically cancelled, after reasonable efforts to discern the cause of the bounce. It shall be at NaveHumor's discretion whether to suspend or cancel the account.
Cancellation for SPAM: According to the definition of SPAM in our 'SPAM' section, the user will be suspended from the service and the username can be published in the case where the user participates in verified spamming activities.
